Indoor Pest Control

Florida's Best Pest Control Specialists

Superior Spray Service offers indoor pest management for commercial and residential customers. We will come inside and treat the entire perimeter of the establishment, including all entry points, cabinets, etc. If you are part of our annual treatment plan, we also place specialized treatment drops behind outlet panels and throughout your cabinetry. This acts as an annual preventative in places pests are known to try and congregate, which may not be cleaned as often as your floors. At superior spray, we guarantee the control of all kinds of ants, silverfish, crickets, earwigs, roaches and other insects. Re-treatments for indoor service will be done on an as-needed basis for any problems that may arise. We can also provide a flea or tick treatment inside your home if there is a problem.

Superior Spray Service offers both commercial and residential perimeter pest management services through treatment of the exterior of the home or business. By doing this, we guarantee the control of all kinds of ants, silverfish, crickets, earwigs, roaches and other insects. This may also help assist in the control of spiders, but please keep in mind there are many other things associated with their control, which can be discussed by contacting us directly. This service is accomplished by treating all entry points on the outside of the establishment around windows, doorways, underneath eaves, and in patios. Re-treatments for this service will be done on an as-needed basis for any problems that may arise.

Superior Spray Service are experts on rodents in and around your house or office. We will carry out an inspection, work to trap any rodents, and place people and pet safe bait stations. We will also inspect your home or office to find any vulnerabilities and we will seal them before any pests infiltrate.

What to Know About Rodents

Rats and mice typically appear in your home when temperatures drop outside, vegetation disappears, and standing water dries up in search for food, water, or shelter. A rat or mouse can easily infiltrate your home if there are any damaged openings leading inside. Rats and mice are dangerous, feral, spread many diseases, and can carry ticks, fleas, and mites that should be handled immediately if suspected to be in your home.

How to Recognize a Rodent Intrusion

If you start to notice any foul odors, droppings around your home, or gnaw marks on any furniture, wood, and cables, you may have a rat or mouse infestation. Do not attempt to remove rats and mice from your home as do-it-yourself projects, and waiting to reach out for professional help may lead to more damage.

Types of Rodents in Florida

House Mouse

The house mouse is one of the most common home invaders. They are small; roughly six inches from head to the tip of their tail. They are often grey, black, or tawny brown in color. These intruders prefer to remain within a 30-foot diameter of their food source.

Sewer Rats

These specific rats go by many names: Parisian, wharf, Norway, and common. They have brown fur with lighter colored underbellies and feet, and tails that are shorter than their bodies. These specific rats are prominently hiding around in environments with water.

Roof Rats

Roof rats have black or gray fur with tails longer than their body, and hairless ears. These are also known as ship or house rats. They avoid water at all costs and prefer to climb rather than swim.

SAFETY AND SATISFACTION

You can be assured Superior Spray Service only uses the safest materials in our pest management practices to get the desired results. Customers will need to assist in making sure all entry points are sealed properly at windows and doorways and that any furniture is not blocking areas you would like us to treat.

After treatment, on occasion, a property owner may come across a stray bug or a couple of ants that have wandered in. Please remember that all of Florida is a tropical climate and that seeing a bug here and there does not necessarily constitute a pest problem. However, if you see multiple bugs or trailing ants, please feel free to contact us and we will be more than happy to take care of these problems as fast as possible.

It is best to save a sample of any pests that may have entered your home so that they may be identified correctly. For ants, this can be done by lightly touching the ant with a piece of Scotch tape. There are various ways that we will take care of different issues, so proper identification is very important.

Superior Spray Service also offers a spider control treatment for your outdoor lanai or pool areas. If you are having a problem with spiders or other pests at your home please contact us!
